Jenny’s own wake up call
I had one of those Eureka Moments journaling in a coffee shop a few years ago. Yearning for greater depth and breadth in my coaching practice I could see there were many places that my clients and myself were not going to and I was very curious to know what would happen if we did. I wanted to unlock all the possibility and potential.
And so, some months later I engaged my first coaching supervisor. What a wake up call the process turned out to be as I was shown many times my blind areas and how I could practice in a more conscious and effective way.
Still hungry for more I started the training in coaching supervision, a rich and fascinating world of organizational consultancy, systemic perspectives, energy management, psychotherapeutic approaches, learning styles and other coaching schools. I had previously qualified in the Co-Active Coaching Model with the Coaches Training Institute (CTI).
Before that I’d enjoyed almost 20 years of international consumer marketing in a number of companies, such as American Express, Nestle and Bestfoods Unilever and I was keen to build upon this strategic business experience to more powerfully serve my clients.
